Woche 41: Mein Geburtstag
Montag
Ha, Monday... P-Day... Cleaning... Emailing... Shopping... Piano
playing... Finding... Wait, actually on Monday night we went
finding, and this is a funny story. So we went finding and no one
was talking with us. So we go over some place taking turns saying
directions. We then get to some point and we decide that I would
spin around and whichever direction I was facing we then go that
way. So we did that and I didn't really want to go that specific way
but we did anyway. And then our path ended and so Elder Wahl did it
and then we started walking. Still, people rejecting us. But then we
were walking and someone moved out of our way so we could walk by,
but we are missionaries and we don't just walk by. So we stopped and
then he started asking us, why would God do this to me!!! Over and
over, because his phone broke. Well, we told him we didn't know why
that happened, but we told him he needed to keep on believing. This
went on for about 10 minutes. And then it got peaceful and he tried
once more. He opened the back and we looked, tried what we could and
closed it. Then he looked down and said this is the last time. We
all stood there looking and then it turned on completely. He was
just amazed. He gave us his number immediately and then gave us his
address. Well, he can't write either. But he insisted on writing.
And he wrote out his full name and his address. And the letters he
couldn't write was a W and and I!!! It was seriously so miraculous!
Dienstag
Tuesday we had District meeting. We went finding and so forth.
Mittwoch
My birthday started out with a wonderful phone call from Sister
Kohler, our Mission President's wife, aka Mission Mom. And then we
studied and then we finished my VISA! Yay!!! And then we went to
this potentials house. Her name is "M" and we found her
through dooring. We had an awesome lesson with her and she is just
so prepared for this gospel. I don't have much time left, so I will
have to make a longer email next time! So sorry.
