Woche 40: 9 Monate?

Woche 40: 9 Monate?
Montag
Monday, P-Day... I seriously don't know what to write. Like I might as well copy and paste week to week because P-Days almost never change. We went shopping. We ate. We had GMK. And so forth, haha.

Dienstag
Tuesday, I love Tuesdays because we have District Meeting on these days. So we went to Vienna, and ate lunch there. And then we had District Meeting. We discussed the importance of keeping everything in our area updated. If two new people came in, they should know where everything is, where everyone lives and what exactly this area needs. So pretty much, be organized! I think the same applies to our life. Well, no one new is coming to replace us in our life, but we need to stay organized. If Heavenly Father asked what was going on and to present our life to him, what would we have. A big messy pile, or something nice and neat to show him. When we remember that this life is something special and is granted unto us by God, then why not take care of it. Well, after District Meeting, we chatted until we needed to go catch our train. And then we had PFK which is the Priesthood Correlation Meeting. And then we headed over to "I". We stopped by real quickly to give her the paper for Stake Conference , which she already had. And then we just started talking and ended up talking about the scriptures. We shared a scripture with, and then she ran back inside to get her own scriptures and then she read the verse. Then we told her to read the whole chapter and she said yes! She loved it and said she really did believe in miracles. And then she said that she really liked the Restoration movie. She is just so awesome!!!
Mittwoch
Wednesday... We did service the entire day. We helped a member out with her garden. We weeded and did all sorts of things and she also fed us Spaghetti.
Donnerstag
Thursday we did a lot of Finding. And then some more, and then some more. We met some Polish lady, and her German defintiely not the best, and she knew it but didn't let that stop her from communicating with us. It was a nice reminder to never let the language hinder you. And then we ate with Sister Brunnsteiner. We went to some restaurant named Mandas. I had Curry there and it was so good!

Freitag
Friday was awesome. Well, for the most part my Visa papers are done and figured out. I just need to bring some Passport photos in. And then we went finding. And we just threw ourselves into the work. Within the first hour, we met five awesome people. Four of them said we could come back another time and we could talk some more. And then we met one guy and we talked about Jesus Christ and his church. He said he was Muslim but he accepted a lot, so he asked if we could come back today. We will see how that goes.

Samstag und Sonntag
Saturday and Sunday we had Stake Conference. Now, I will be honest. I did not necessarily learn a lot from the speakers directly. But here is something I was told a while back. So when it comes to thes meetings, we should learn a lot. We might catch some really good quotes or some new inspiration, but as we take notes, we should never block the Spirit from giving us personal revelation. Now, I did learn some things.
-Speak using the language of the Spirit
-Remember why I am here(on a mission or here on Earth)
     -Bear frequent testimony
     -Always write down our questions
-Learn to trust in the Lord
Now, my list can go on further. But one key thing I learned, was the sentence above. In other words, always be open to the Spirit, not just the speaker. The Spirit over these two days took me through a personal self reflection deep into my soul. I learned a lot, especially in how I can improve. Because, remember, it's not about doing things that aren't too bad. It's about doing the best. Going from good, to better, to best.
